Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that works with the body's natural energy to promote deep relaxation, restore balance, and support the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Whether you are navigating stress, recovering from illness, or simply seeking stillness, Reiki offers a quiet space to begin. Through the positive intention of the Practitioner, you are able to benefit from the powerful healing offered by the universal life force of Reiki.
