Welcome to MBS Healing. By placing your booking via this website, paying any associated invoice, you hereby agree to all site terms and conditions.

Payment of services offered
​
Full payment is required for any and all services advertised and provided and are to be made directly via the website booking system or full payment of any associated invoice.
Booking time slots for remote services
All booking times and the duration of the services are approximations. Some sessions may take longer or shorter than the allocated time but this in no way affects the efficacy of the work conducted.
Generation of service reports
We aim to issue all reports within a 48 hour period after the completion of the work but may be longer dependent upon external circumstances.

Refund policy for Remote Reiki Healing and Psychic Surgery
Should a booking be requested for cancellation with more than 5 working days notice, a full refund ( less associated website/payment costs ) will be offered.

Should a booking be requested for cancellation with 5 working days notice or less, a refund of £15 will be issued. This is to cover associated website/payment costs and potential loss of any subsequent booking.
No refunds for any energetic work will be offered once a session has commenced.​

Refund policy for In Person Reiki Healing
Should a booking be requested for cancellation with more than 5 working days notice, a 50% refund will be issued. This is to cover any/all associated website and payment charges plus the cancellation fee for the venue hire.
Should a booking be requested for cancellation with 5 working days notice or less, no refund will be issued. This is to cover associated website/payment costs, venue hire and potential loss of any subsequent/replacement booking.
No refunds for any energetic work will be offered once a session has commenced.
Refund policy for In Person Reiki Training
All In Person ~Reiki Training will require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the training cost. This is to cover any materials and associated costs for the training provided.
If the course has been paid for in full and a booking be requested for cancellation with more than 5 working days notice, a 50% refund will be issued. This is to cover any/all associated website and payment charges plus the cancellation fee for the venue hire.
Should a booking be requested for cancellation with 5 working days notice or less, no refund will be issued. This is to cover associated website/payment costs, venue hire and potential loss of any subsequent/replacement booking.
No refund will be offered once a training session has commenced.
Refund policy for Spirit Guided Remote Spirit Release
Should a booking be requested for cancellation with more than 5 working days notice, a 40% refund will be issued. This covers all associated website/payment costs and the Facilitator's cost.

Should a booking be requested for cancellation with 5 working days notice or less, no refund will be issued. This is to cover associated website/payment costs, venue hire and potential loss of any subsequent/replacement booking.
This applies to all Spirit Guided Remote Spirit Release services advertised.
Refund policy for any dissatisfied client in receipt of any/all energetic services
Any refunds will be offered for any dissatisfied client once the healing session has been completed is at the discretion of David Morley and MBS Healing..
Downloading of digital products
MBS Healing cannot be held liable for any computer viruses and/or issues resulting from the downloading of any/all digital products. We recommend that all recordings are not listened to when operating machinery of any kind or whilst driving/riding any vehicle. Meditations are best experienced in a quiet environment, without interruption.
Refund policy for digital meditation downloads
No refunds will be offered for any purchase or downloading of any/all digital meditation recordings. This includes free meditations.

Confidentiality

As all services advertised and offered are of a personal nature, you hereby agree none of the information provided in any correspondence, whether in the form of the report for the associated work or via any subsequent written communication, will be posted onto any/all social media platforms, either in part or entirety.
Disclaimer
Please note that I ( nor the Facilitator used during Spirit Guided Spirit Release Therapy Sessions ) have no medical training, and as such are unable to make any specific medical diagnosis. All Spirit Release Therapy and Guided Healing sessions are carried out by my Spiritual Team and I in the role of Medium, am merely a channel for the work to be conducted.
This also applies to any advice imparted by the Spirit Guide(s) and should be viewed as being impartial and for entertainment purposes only (in accordance with the Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951 http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/Geo6/14-15/33/enacted ).
Reiki treatments are conducted by myself accessing the universal healing energy of Reiki.
All work conducted is a complimentary system that can be used in conjunction with, but does not replace, professional medical advice, medication or practices. Should you have any medical concerns, we advise contacting a suitably qualified medical professional. Current prescribed medication(s) should be continued until otherwise advised by a suitably qualified medical professional.
As with all things in life, the services provided come with no guarantees and professional medical advice should always be sought for any/all suspected medical or mental health issues.
All reports and/or recordings generated during any/all healing sessions and meditations remain the sole property of David Morley and MBS Healing.
